Paul Wiseman is an economics writer from the Associated Press and has stopped by a couple of times here at 99er.net. During those occasions I’ve posted media alerts here to let you all know when he was looking for your input. More job seekers give up, reducing unemployment
Mr. President & congress, and all the states leaders (Gov, Senators) The US. is in this mess because of are so-called leaders, not doing their jobs. Did they not see this problem (economy) coming in 2007-2008-2009-2010-2011 No jobs no extended benefits- once hard working Americans, are losing there homes and the deterioration of low-middle class Americans, well the media, Obama and congress ignore the problem, hoping it will just go away! I guess they don’t care, cause no one’s taking money out of their pockets, But their telling Americans: WE HAVE TO QUIT SPENDING: Hell most of the unemployed have done without 3-4 yrs.-jobs-vacations-holidays-loss of homes- low & middle class poverty (and their children) Yet Obama and congress would rather help other countries with American tax dollars, then help our own Americans in the US. (While Obama and his staff, JET-AROUND in air-force one, while all of Americans suffer. They better give unemployment extensions to those who can’t find work, until more jobs are created. I really don’t see how ANY Americans would give Obama a 2nd term, when our leaders and the media clearly, don’t care about the well- being of our-LOW & MIDDLE CLASS AMERICANS and the JOBLESS AMERICANS…………….In short, Barack Obama and congress and state leaders have grossly failed the American People.

Someone please help millions of Texans that are IGNORED and ABUSED because of the home they own and the lack of knowledge. With the TDLR A/C division standing strong to be the backbone of an outright swindle of citizens. With outright IGNORANT laws that MADE it legal for some reason. That makes it very simple to HIDE BEHIND “it’s legal” instead of FACING FACTS that PROVE how wrong TDLR A/C division is about allowung the sabotage they legalized.
I can prove this to anyone.
HE who makes the law knows better than any one else how it should be executed and interpreted. It seems then impossible to have a better constitution than that in which the executive and legislative powers are united; but this very fact renders the government in certain respects inadequate, because things which should be distinguished are confounded, and the prince and the Sovereign, being the same person, form, so to speak, no more than a government without government.
It is not good for him who makes the laws to execute them, or for the body of the people to turn its attention away from a general standpoint and devote it to particular objects. Nothing is more dangerous than the influence of private interests in public affairs, and the abuse of the laws by the government is a less evil than the corruption of the legislator, which is the inevitable sequel to a particular standpoint. In such a case, the State being altered in substance, all reformation becomes impossible, A people that would never misuse governmental powers would never misuse independence; a people that would always govern well would not need to be governed.
If we take the term in the strict sense, there never has been a real democracy, and there never will be. It is against the natural order for the many to govern and the few to be governed. It is unimaginable that the people should remain continually assembled to devote their time to public affairs, and it is clear that they cannot set up commissions for that purpose without the form of administration being changed.
In fact, I can confidently lay down as a principle that, when the functions of government are shared by several tribunals, the less numerous sooner or later acquire the greatest authority, if only because they are in a position to expedite affairs, and power thus naturally comes into their hands.
Besides, how many conditions that are difficult to unite does such a government presuppose! First, a very small State, where the people can readily be got together and where each citizen can with ease know all the rest; secondly, great simplicity of manners, to prevent business from multiplying and raising thorny problems; next, a large measure of equality in rank and fortune, without which equality of rights and authority cannot long subsist; lastly, little or no luxury — for luxury either comes of riches or makes them necessary; it corrupts at once rich and poor, the rich by possession and the poor by covetousness; it sells the country to softness and vanity, and takes away from the State all its citizens, to make them slaves one to another, and one and all to public opinion.
Can anyone understand sabotage that the TDLR A/C has “made legal”, for mobile homes “only”?
Special laws that HAVE NO REASON to EVER even be considered for usage anywhere because of the negatives that are guaranteed to occur from it.
But NEVER in homes.
NOT ONE positive result from using the TDLR A/C divisions LEGALIZED AND TAUGHT “attempted method” for mobile home filtering can be found.
In correct use of FILTERS that is guaranteed to SABOTAGE the entire HVAC system is what TDLR A/C division does with it’s laws for mobile homes “only”.
This type of set-up should NEVER BE FOUND, Or considered for use ANYWHERE or on ANYONE because of the PROVEN NEGATIVE EFFEECTS.
There is not one GOOD item or BENEFIT from it “in any way, shape,or form” If done the TDLR way. I CAN PROVE THAT TO ANYONE, ANYTIME.
TDLR A/C divisions “special made laws” make the use of “LEGAL SABOTAGE” and APPLY it to “one” segregated “certain type” of home.
This is something that picks out a certain group of people to keep segregated for the special sabotage to run on.
This is something that special laws were “made” to “COVER UP” the breaking of “ALL THEIR OWN” codes and laws for residences or offices.
This is something that EVERY STATE in the USA calls illegal including Texas. Except for the “special” exceptions
made for segregated home owners of Texas with “special laws” that say it’s legal in mobile homes only.
That is one of the COVER UPS right there. Break the law with “special” laws for mobile homes
“only” that can call this sabotage set-up Legal some how
See if the TDLR A/C division can attempt to PROVE it is ANYTHING BUT NEGATIVES for the ENTIRE HVAC
system. TDLR calls it legal and THAT IS IT. That’s all they have had to say so far about ANYTHING.
I can supply over thirty five FACTS to PROVE this type of sabotage to homes is WRONG and per License and Regulations offices CODES
and LAWS.
The EPA would never pass it if shown what it really does to the environment.
It would NEVER pass a clean air act.
I have searched far and wide to find “just one good thing” about the TDLD A/C divisions “insisted on” and legalized incorrect usage of filters and tie-ins of aluminum tape.

THERE IS NOT ONE REASON that is good. There are several SCAM RELATED reasons to endanger environments and RUIN EQUIPMENT
by incorrect use of the VERY BASICS of the HVAC.
Clean Air in and Clean Air out. NEITHER OF THESE CAN HAPPEN with the TDLR legalized and taught method.
PLEASE ASK ANY HVAC SCHOOL how important clean air is for the equipment and environment. The equipment of the air handler gets NO FILTERING AT ALL.
Dirty air passes over all coil loops and moist metal BEFORE it ever comes close to a filter . The way TDLR A/C insist is OK by using “it’s Legal” to cover the scam of rapid created and caused problems.
It is a SCAM. To SWINDLE POOR PEOPLE. To ROB the elderly. A SCAM that just goes to show you what a democracy can pull off with the right people knodding heads to things they have NO IDEA about how negative it will be in the long run. Now is the LONG RUN and there is more PROOF OUT THERE than anyone wants. The TDLR has not been able to come up with ONE “idea” to even DISPUTE these facts about their SABOTAGE set-up. All the FACTS are showing it as SABOTAGE so that’s why I said NOT ONE IDEA to show possible good. Even from the TDLR statewide, total silence and stamp it “LEGAL”. FACTS PROVE THEM WRONG SO THEY SHUT UP.
EVERY PERSON so far who gives honest answers says :”It is done this way to CREATE AND CAUSE guaranteed problems to the entire HVAC system”
This is all PROVABLE in ANY COURT. And to ANYONE including the TDLR A/C division. Who ignores it so easily to keep it hidden.
The “only” reason anyone has come up with for the incorrect use of filters is to GUARANTEE
PROBLEMS with HVAC system causing more visits, parts,sales,cost of operation because of such waste of electricity and 52 filters per year.
This is all the way TDLR insist it be maintained also. IGNORANTLY to help COVER UP the TDLR A/C SCAM on the poor of Texas.
The TDLR A/C division has made “special laws” to IGNORE FACTS.
Lots of VERY GOOD FACTS, “not opinions”, that PROVE the TDLR A/C division knows it is wrong and that it would NEVER
PASS inspection in any place in this country. Simply because of the PROVEN negatives that are GUARANTEED to OCCUR if it is allowed.
Lots of IGNORING FACTS with NOTHING but a quote of “it’s legal” in mobile homes “ONLY”.
Lots of ignoring facts about the “guaranteed” health hazards that are “CREATED” by simply saying it is legal in mobile homes only in Texas.
I think all of this is political and our nation should NOT DEPEND on how much it can SCAM its citizens out of. A wrong that is dishonorable
to all should not be allowed to be commited by ANY PART of our government. Not a nation like the USA.
My main question now is : WHY can “proven” scams be allowed to CONTINUE when several parts of the government and several NEWS Stations
are well aware of it? Just because of who created the scam and the “guaranteed results of the scam”. Very provable sabotage to environment. Very provable
sabotage to the “entire” HVAC system and every component of it. WHY is it LEGAL in mobile homes “only” and only in Texas?
I know no one understands why something like this could make a person do some of the things I did. Have you ever battled a Dictatorship?
The Republic of Texas is only funny if you don’t LIVE HERE.
TDLR A/C division looked at my A/C in 2001 for non stop complaints of very excessive dust that had been going on since move-in of home.
It is on the walk through papers that something is wrong with A/C. Excessive dust not just a little. No one knew what was causing it then,
because they are the ones who left a VOID where a METAL tie-in should have been. They also knew the filter was set-up incorrectly and
would and will cause PROBLEMS for SURE.
TDLR decided “with photos” that it was legal to have the filters misplaced and NOT used correctly. NOT ONE seal or filter rack for either
of the two filters needed every two weeks to “try” to control dust. That is the way to do it in mobile homes only in Texas, per TDLR A/C divisions
INSTRUCTIONS to anyone who ask. They never looked anywhere else to see where the massive dust could have been coming from at all.
TDLR decided back then that the “cure” for the dust would be a problem with the brand new filters for some reason? This dust was on every surface
and would hang in the air with nothing running at all. The man from TDLR mobile home division saw it and took photos to try to explain to the
techs at TDLR A/C division how bad it was. He was new and so was the mobile home division. The division that is not allowed to solve HVAC
problems FOR MOBILE HOMES.
TDLR’s total cure for months of complaing about it to Clayton Homes, Action Aire, and TDLR about a massive dust problem that would Not Go Away?
It’s LEGAL solved it all for everyone back in 2001. I still called with complaints for years. All of this dust was legal because the filters had been
“made legal” to be in the wrong place and used incorrectly. That is what that meant way back then. In 2001. To “cover” the scam still present.
I could not go any further than the TDLR to see if somethying is installed and operating correctly when I questioned the filter placement in 2001
TDLR said it was legal in 2001 to me on a decision about the dust problem. We lived in constant dust from then on. Or what we and all others
thought was dust.
In 2010 while working on other parts of the A/C I accidently found that the MOST IMPORTANT piece of duct work was totally missing.
It is the Tie-In. The short piece of “special metal” to cross over from the air handler, exhaust air, to the intake of the entire duct system.
That Totally Missing piece is what had been causing dust to never go away. The dust never stopped until the day it was found by accident.
This completely missing piece is surrounded by insulation. The void where the peice was susposed to be was covered with nothing
but strips of aluminum tape. That is what was used to connect the air handler to Hanging duct work all being help up by being sealed up in insulation.
TDLR came out here in 2001 to INSPECT what the problems COULD be for all the complaints . TDLR went straight to the A/C indoors and took photos
of the filter set-up. Then looked at the dust hanging in the air. Very fine and lightweight. The dust, he said himself, was excessive and did not look normal.
He took photos of it from several angles of light.
When I found the true cause of the “insulation particles”, not dust, TDLR would not let me file a complaint against the company that left out
the most important peice of duct work and covered it with strips of tape and insulation.The TDLR said I must prove filters are wrong first. So I did.
And can still PROVE TDLR A/C division WRONG. Anywhere,anytime, and to anyone.
I have over 40 facts to never install filters the way TDLR A/C division TEACHES and has “made” legal for mobile homes only. All 40 reasons
with guaranteed negative results. Results that are provable sabotage to the HVAC unit. All from simply misplacing and misusing A/C filters
like TDLR A/C instructs people to do for mobile homes “only”. I can prove it.
TDLR CAN NOT give themselves or anyone else just “ONE” reason, at all, to ever even consider filtering an HVAC system like quoted as
“legal” in mobile homes “only” in Texas. Not just the A/C division of TDLR. NO ONE in this world can give a good reason to do it per TDLR A/C
instructions.
So I was susposed to get a chance to file suit against the company that did the duct work in what I call a deadly way.
I proved TDLR wrong like 40 to 0. Well TDLR decided that it was going to include the missing tie-in with the sabotage set-up filter case.
I proved the missing tie-in wrong with photos and anything needed by anyone. The answer for all of this was: “IT’S LEGAL”.
This is not legal at the zoos because it CONTAMINATES the controled enviornments. It is not legal in Texas in any home or office because
of the same reasons as above and many more. The GUARANTEED excessive maintenance and destruction of the equipment prematurely
are a couple of good ones. This is “only” from the filters NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY. There is a long list to never allow it anywhere.
The missing tie-in that was causing insulation dust to be present 24/7 should not be part of a “states cover up” of shoddy work to help the
filter misuse remain quiet.
Texas allows it to happen and has “made” it legal to boot. But to only a few segregated millions of Texans. The poorest, the elderly, and disabled
probably use up most of the numbers in millions. It is called a law for mobile homes “only”. It would “never pass” a REAL EPA examanation.
It could “never be presented” as something that fits into “any” Clean Air Act. It would NEVER be ALLOWED in your home or office.
The completely missing tie-in that was called legal in mobile homes only is “DEADLY”. I can PROVE any statement made and many more
that will SHOCK you as to what our Texas government is doing with full intention and knowledge to “only” the poorest people in Texas today.
Segregated by type of home, NOT COLOR or creed of the person. SPECIAL LAWS that are able to IGNORE all safty factors. Special laws
that cover deadly mistakes by making NO ONE responsible at all. Special laws that totally eliminate all laws made to protect the consumers
health and the equipment. I know that no one in Texas or our senators care at all. Most are too busy with letting TDLR A/C division KEEP IT QUIET.
If this HVAC set up of sabotage were allowed to be in your home, you would have some ones license and a completely new HVAC.
This is “missing metal” to hang duct and tie-in to HVAC unit. The completely incorrect usage of air filters would never be used by any reputable
HVAC company because it should and will have the same results as above . I CAN PROVE THIS TO ANYONE and have in Texas but
no one cares because it only afects the poor people in mobile homes. And that is also another one of the GUARANTEES that TDLR A/C division
is well aware of because of TDLR A/C “special laws” for mobile homes ONLY. OUR CHILDREN NEED CLEAN AIR JUST LIKE YOU AND YOURS.
NO office in Texas wants to even question this PROVABLE SCAM because TDLR A/C division made it and KEEPS it working.
Can you ask them just one simple question? Can TDLR A/C division (or any divisions) give you just “one” reason to call this legal?
I can give you OVER 40 very good reasons to NEVER ALLOW IT AT ALL. In ANY HVAC set-up. In “ANY” place.
Ask them why so much trouble to make “special laws” to be able to destroy mobile home enviornments and HVAC equipment?
Instead of just sticking to safe and NORMAL operation of the ENTIRE SYSYEM? Like all their homes for sure and yours too.
It is more wrong than I can describe here for you. For EVERY one item that TDLR A/C division might be able to come up with somehow,
I can shatter it with PROOF of JUST HOW WRONG IT IS. Now I need to fnd SOMEONE WHO CARES. Can You Please Help the poor of Texas
who have been segregated for this SABOTAGE by the TDLR A/C division.

I have not been able to find “any” manufacturer of HVAC systems that does not say: “It voids our warrenty if done the TDLR A/C legalized way”. Please try one.
All of the facts are RIGHT IN TDLRs books about how to “NEVER” install equipment, INCORRECTLY like they say is OK for mobile homes only..
Please ask TDLR for just one reason they do it. Please get better answers than: “That’s the way we do it in Texas” and “It’s LEGAL”.
Those are not answers only excuses and so far that is “all” TDLR A/C division has been able come up with, to answer any complaint or dispute any facts
that can and DO prove them wrong over and over for the sabotage of HVAC systems and calling it “LEGAL”.
TDLR A/C division has never once denied the facts of guaranteed negative results that TDLR A/C division endorses for mobile homes only.
Facts, proof, laws,ethics,common sense, health, and several others are kicked out the door with : “it’s legal”. Just to MAKE SURE THE SABOTAGE that
TDLR A/C division TEACHES OTHERS keeps working to destroy families homes. The truth about all these items can not be denied yet TDLR A/C division
stays silent for ANY ANSWER by using the excuse “thats the way we do it in mobile homes and it’s legal.
That sounds like what a dictatorship uses and does
to COVER IT’S ERRORS when questions arise. Could any of Europe have heard “that’s the way we do it in Germany and it’s legal”, for an answer as to why
Jews were being treated the way they were? Who cared enough to DO SOMETHING about it? Texas mobile home owners are submitted to sub standard living
because that is what the REPUBLIC OF TEXAS says THEY GET. Nothing to do with the materials used.
ONLY THE INCORRECT INSTALLATION of those materials CAUSES AND CREATES what mobile home owners of Texas are SUBJECTED TO. It is illegal in the ZOOS of Texas. Why?
Proof should not be able to be “denied” with “It’s Legal” by anyone. TDLR A/C division “should be able” to STAND UP IN PUBLIC and
DECLARE all the reasons they think it is OK to sabotage equipment of mobile homes ONLY.
NOT ONE EMPLOYEE of TDLR, in ANY DIVISION, can face FACTS that PROVE this is a sabotage set-up from the very start. Legalized and Guaranteed to occur and
Guaranteed to STAY SEGREGATED.
It is a great plan if you and yours live in homes and work in offices.
